Welcome, I'm Amy.
For over 25 years, I've lived and worked at the intersection of spirituality, wellness, and entrepreneurship.
I've taught yoga and meditation, led international retreats, created best-selling meditation programs and journals, produced large-scale wellness events, mentored soulful female entrepreneurs, and now also guide clients in finding homes that feel aligned and intentional through my real estate work.
Today, my signature work is The Council — private 1:1 sessions where I weave together everything I know to guide you back to yourself.
