For over 25 years, I’ve lived and worked at the intersection of spirituality, wellness, and entrepreneurship.

I’ve taught yoga and meditation, led international retreats, created best-selling meditation programs and journals, built and sold businesses, produced large-scale wellness events, mentored soulful female entrepreneurs, and now, I guide clients in finding homes that feel aligned and intentional.
