Welcome, I'm Amy.
I've always been a lover of spaces. The way a room holds you. The way light comes through a window and shifts your whole mood. The way the right environment can quiet your nervous system, open your creativity, or finally make you feel like you're home.
After buying and selling my own home — and spending years low-key obsessed with local real estate, previewing spaces, imagining what they could become — I finally took the leap and got my license. It made complete sense. After decades of guiding people to find home within themselves, helping them find it in the physical world felt like a natural next chapter.
My background isn't traditional for a Realtor. For over 25 years, I've been self-employed — building businesses, producing large-scale events (including a multi-year yoga conference), developing products, and guiding other entrepreneurs. I'm wired to see the whole picture while managing every moving piece within it. Real estate, it turns out, is one long, beautifully complex production. And I know how to run one.
On the buying side, I help people find the place that can truly hold them — somewhere to ground, create a family, build a life, or finally exhale after a long day.
On the selling side, I specialize in helping people who just don't know where to start. Moving can feel like a lot. Years of life accumulate. Decisions pile up. I bring both the strategy and the space-holding to move the needle forward — creating a clear, realistic plan and connecting you with the right people along the way — until your home is on the market, sold efficiently, and you've walked away with what you deserve.
My years in yoga, meditation, and Human Design have shaped how I show up through all of it. Big transitions bring up real emotion — excitement, grief, uncertainty, hope, all at once. I bring calm and grounded presence so you can make confident decisions, not reactive ones. No judgment. No pressure. Just clarity and forward momentum.
